The Quebec Experience Program (QEP) is an accelerated program that allows you to obtain a Quebec Selection Certificate for Permanent Residence. This program is intended for Quebec graduates and future graduates and temporary foreign workers who hold a specialized job and who meet certain conditions, including demonstrating a knowledge of oral French at an advanced intermediate level.

The Québec Experience Program does not use a selection grid, does not take into account the characteristics of the spouse or de facto spouse and does not provide for an interview.

If you hold a post-graduate work permit, you may apply for a Certificat de sélection du Québec as a graduate or as a specialized temporary foreign worker under the selection conditions that are most advantageous to you and using the appropriate form.
